Small details, better results
Plan the application and storage before your event so the edible image looks its best at serving time.
Use a smooth, level decorating surface. Keep the image sealed until you are ready, then position it carefully before pressing it into place.
Application guidanceAdd a topper shortly before serving. Expect about 10–20 crisp minutes on still drinks; a stable foam may support it for up to about one hour.
Drink timing detailsKeep sheets sealed, cool and dry, away from extreme temperatures. Properly stored sheets can remain fresh for weeks.
Storage answersKeep the guidance close
Use these practical notes when you are applying, serving or storing your custom images.
Start with a smooth, level decorating surface and keep the image sealed until you are ready to use it. Work with dry hands, decide the exact placement first, then lower the image evenly and press gently so it makes full contact.
Avoid lifting and repositioning it once it has settled. For a large batch or an unfamiliar icing surface, test one piece before applying the rest.
Add the topper shortly before serving. On a still drink, plan for roughly 10–20 minutes of crisp presentation. A stable layer of foam may support a topper for up to about one hour.
Results vary with temperature, foam, bubbles and moisture, so test the actual beverage before your event whenever presentation timing matters.
Keep unused sheets sealed in their original packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct heat, sunlight and humidity. Do not refrigerate or freeze them, because condensation can affect the surface.
When properly sealed and stored, sheets can remain fresh for weeks. Check their condition before use if they have been stored for an extended period.

JPG and PNG are preferred. Use the clearest, highest-resolution version you have, ideally without screenshots, chat controls or large empty margins. If you are sending a logo, a clean file with strong contrast usually reproduces best.
Write both finished measurements and identify which one is the width and which is the height—for example, “7 inches wide × 5 inches high.” Also say whether the design should be landscape or portrait. That removes guesswork when the proof is prepared.
The largest standard frosting sheet is 8 inches by 11 inches. Artwork can be placed within that usable sheet area as one full image or arranged as smaller toppers, depending on the product you select.
